“AMP and NSJP led a nationwide network of hundreds of campus groups to disrupt their campuses with violent, antisemitic protests in service of Hamas’s goals.”
RAD is financially supporting Dhillon Law Group in litigation against American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) and National Students for Justice in Palestine (NSJP). Dhillon Law Group filed a complaint in federal court in the Southern District of New York on April 24, 2025.
Following the October 7th terror attack, AMP and NSJP led a nationwide network of hundreds of campus groups to disrupt their campuses with violent, antisemitic protests in service of Hamas’s goals. In April 2024, they launched their encampment operation, directing their affiliates to unlawfully and violently occupying their schools to force their submission to AMP and NSJP’s pro-Hamas demands.
Documentarian Ami Horowitz was beaten for carrying an American flag by radical protestors violently occupying the encampment at CUNY under AMP and NSJP’s orders.
AMP and NSJP’s encampment operation subjected campuses across the country to a reign of terror in support of their pro-Hamas mission. Dhillon Law Group and RAD seek justice to stop their campaign of violence and antisemitism at schools across the country.
