EEOC Charge against Columbia University for allowing death threats against Jewish and faculty

“They threatened her with death, warning, ‘We know who you are, we know where you work, we know where you live.’”

RAD is financially supporting Dhillon Law Group in opposing antisemitic discrimination by Columbia University. Dhillon Law Group filed a charge with the EEOC on February 6, 2026 in anticipation of litigation.

In 2024, pro-Hamas terror supporters at Columbia University’s medical school began a campaign of pro-terrorism rallies at the heart of its campus. When a Jewish medical professor objected and documented their antisemitism, they threatened her with death, warning her, “We know who you are; we know where you work; we know where you live.” When she sought Columbia’s protection, it abandoned her and refused to protect her.

Columbia has failed its Jewish community. Dhillon Law Group and RAD seek justice against Columbia to hold it accountable for violating its Jewish students and faculty’s civil rights.
