EEOC Charge against Columbia University for allowing death threats against Jewish and faculty
“They threatened her with death, warning, ‘We know who you are, we know where you work, we know where you live.’”
RAD financially supported Dhillon Law Group in opposing antisemitic discrimination against a Jewish professor by Columbia University through an EEOC Charge. This matter resulted in a victory for the professor, who obtained a settlement from Columbia.
Background
In 2024, pro-Hamas terror supporters at Columbia University’s medical school began a campaign of pro-terrorism rallies at the heart of its campus. When a Jewish medical professor objected and documented their antisemitism, they threatened her with death, warning her, “We know who you are; we know where you work; we know where you live.” When she sought Columbia’s protection, it abandoned her and refused to protect her.
RAD and Dhillon Law Group successfully held Columbia accountable for violating the professor’s civil rights.
