EEOC Charge against the University of Illinois-Chicago for rampant antisemitism against Jewish students and faculty
“The school’s own academic departments and student centers [were] celebrating Hamas terrorists raping, torturing, and murdering innocent civilians.”
RAD is financially supporting Dhillon Law Group in opposing rampant antisemitic discrimination at the University of Illinois-Chicago. Dhillon Law Group filed a charge with the EEOC on March 12, 2025, in anticipation of litigation.
Following the October 7th attack, antisemitism at the University of Illinois-Chicago exploded, with the school’s own academic departments and student centers celebrating Hamas terrorists raping, torturing, and murdering innocent civilians and kidnapping babies. The University of Illinois-Chicago stood by as a toxic atmosphere of hate was normalized on its campus and in its own subdivisions.
The University of Illinois-Chicago has abandoned its Jewish community and allowed its own resources and departments to be turned against them. Dhillon Law Group and RAD seek justice to hold the University of Illinois-Chicago accountable for violating its Jewish students and faculty’s civil rights.
