RAD is proud to announce it is supporting litigation and related projects for opposing unlawful, discriminatory, and unconstitutional abuses related to the Palm Beach County Agricultural Preserve.

The Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners has misused its power and abused residents’ rights regarding the Agricultural Preserve. The Board of Commissioners has violated the Constitution by favoring particular groups and silencing residents’ free speech rights.

Donations to RAD’s Agricultural Preserve litigation fund will be used to fund strategic litigation to stop the Board of Commissioners from misusing the Agricultural Preserve and related projects for preserving residents’ rights.

Donations made to this fund will be prioritized for use in litigation and related projects RAD supports concerning the Palm Beach County Agricultural Preserve and RAD's operations. Donations remaining in this fund once these projects are concluded will support other RAD projects and operations.
