The Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners has violated its legal duties and the constitutional rights of Palm Beach County residents by selectively approving development of Palm Beach County’s Agricultural Reserve in violation of equal protection of the law and silencing citizens who have attempted to speak out about it in violation of the First Amendment.

RAD is proud to partner with Save the Ag Reserve (STAR) Alliance, Inc., a local Florida nonprofit dedicated to providing Palm Beach County residents, farmers, and community advocates a means to take legal action to preserve and protect the Agricultural Reserve for present and future generations. RAD is raising funds to support legal action and activism by the STAR Alliance, its members, and others to stand up for Palm Beach County residents’ rights, hold the Board of Commissioners accountable, and protect the Agricultural Reserve.

Palm Beach County Agricultural Reserve Litigation Fund

Donate to stop misuse of the Palm Beach County Agricultural Reserve

RAD is proudly raising funds to support litigation and related projects by the STAR Alliance for opposing unlawful, discriminatory, and unconstitutional abuses related to the Palm Beach County Agricultural Reserve.

The Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners has misused its power and abused residents’ rights regarding the Agricultural Reserve. The Board of Commissioners has violated the Constitution by favoring particular groups and silencing residents’ free speech rights.

Donations to RAD’s Agricultural Reserve litigation fund will be used to fund strategic litigation and activism by the STAR Alliance and others to stop the Board of Commissioners from misusing the Agricultural Reserve and related projects for preserving residents’ rights.

3% Cover the Fee

Donations made to this fund will be prioritized for use in litigation and related projects RAD supports concerning the Palm Beach County Agricultural Reserve and RAD's operations. Donations remaining in this fund once these projects are concluded will support other RAD projects and operations.
